It is the User&#8217;s responsibility to consult the Terms of Use regularly to ensure compliance with them.  <\/p><p>Continued use of the Website constitutes the User&#8217;s agreement to the Terms of Use and any updates thereto.<\/p><p>If the User does not agree to the Terms of Use, and any updates thereto, the User must not, or must no longer, use the Website.<\/p><h2>DEFINITIONS<\/h2><p>\u201cAdvertiser\u201d: the legal entity placing an advertisement on the Website.<\/p><p>\u201cCandidate&#8221;: the natural person submitting an application in connection with an advertisement.<\/p><p>\u201cUser&#8221;: the natural person using the Website, either an Advertiser or a Candidate.<\/p><h2>USE OF THE WEBSITE<\/h2><p>The Website enables Advertisers to place job advertisements and Candidates to find job offers.<\/p><p>The Website is accessible from any computer with Internet access and from any browser.<\/p><p>By creating an account on the Website, the User is responsible for maintaining the security of his\/her account and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. The User must immediately notify Engag\u00e9s of any unauthorized use of the account or any other breach of security. <\/p><p>Providing false contact information of any kind may result in termination of the User&#8217;s account on the Site.<\/p><p>All advertisements on the Website are posted by organizations over which Engag\u00e9s exercises no systematic control.<\/p><p>Engag\u00e9s reserves the right to refuse any Advertiser and\/or any ad that does not correspond to the mission and values of Engag\u00e9s. Engag\u00e9s authorizes the User to view and download any information contained on the Website solely and exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. <\/p><p>In the absence of express written permission from Engag\u00e9s, any other use or exploitation of the information, including distribution, modification, reproduction, reuse, transmission or use for the purposes of derivative works, public or commercial, is strictly prohibited.<\/p><p>The User also undertakes, without limitation, not to:<\/p><ul><li>use the Website for any purpose other than recruiting, being recruited or using recruitment services;<\/li><li>use the Website for illegal purposes or to solicit others to perform or participate in illegal acts;<\/li><li>use the Website for obscene or immoral purposes;<\/li><li>use the Website to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, disparage, intimidate or discriminate on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability;<\/li><li>post a non-existent job or a job whose description is incomplete, misleading or inaccurate;<\/li><li>use information presented on the Website for commercial, advertising or traffic redirection purposes;<\/li><li>use the Website to conduct or send any surveys or contests;<\/li><li>use the Website in any manner that could damage, disrupt the security of, disable, overburden or impair the Website;<\/li><li>upload, post or otherwise transmit on the Website any virus, harmful, disruptive or destructive computer file, code or program;<\/li><li>use any robot, spider or other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy any content on the Website;<\/li><li>transmit unsolicited bulk e-mail, chain letters, junk mail or any other type of e-mail;<\/li><li>attempt to gain or obtain unauthorized access to the Site or portions thereof.<\/li><\/ul><p>Any violation of the Terms of Use or conduct damaging to the reputation of Engag\u00e9s entitles Engag\u00e9s to remove the content or to suspend, deactivate or delete the User&#8217;s account (without the possibility of re-registration). In addition, Engag\u00e9s reserves the right to delete certain data at its sole discretion. <\/p><p>Engag\u00e9s agrees not to use or disclose any information provided by the User for any purpose other than advertising and recruiting.<\/p><h2>INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS<\/h2><p>The Terms of Use do not grant the User any right to use the intellectual property of Talent IQ Inc. or that of third parties that may be contained therein. <\/p><p>Engag\u00e9s&#8217; intellectual property includes, but is not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>all logos, drawings, graphics, photos, images, videos, trademarks, symbols, texts, phrases, words and all general content on the Website that are not already subject to intellectual property rights;<\/li><li>all software, APIs and materials used by the Website;<\/li><li>all databases operated by the Website;<\/li><li>all content offered by the Website for free download.<\/li><\/ul><p>The User retains ownership of the intellectual property relating to the content he\/she submits to Engag\u00e9s. However, the User grants Engag\u00e9s a license to use such content for the purposes of dissemination and promotion.
